Property Owner

Property Owner Guide

Register your profile, list properties for rent or sale, track their status, manage inquiries, and work with agents — everything on this page follows the order you will actually do it in.

Before you start — listing and marketing your units is free and works as soon as you add the Property Owner role. Verification unlocks the rest, and property management — leases, rent and maintenance — is a separate request you make once verified.

Two ways to work with us

Property Marketing
The half that fills a vacant unit. List the building and its units for free, we publish them on the site, on the zone page and to our verified agents, and viewing requests come back to your dashboard. Open to any owner account — this guide covers it end to end. See Property Marketing.
Property Management (PMS)
The half that runs a unit after it is let: tenants, lease contracts, rent collection, maintenance tickets, utility readings and furnishing inventory. It opens to verified owners on request — you ask from your dashboard and we approve it. See Property Management.

Who is a Property Owner?

A Property Owner (also called "Business" or "Client") is any individual or company that owns real estate in Qatar and wants to list it for rent or sale on Yellowkey.

Individual Landlords
Private owners with one or more properties.
Real Estate Companies
Companies managing multiple properties.
Property Investors
Owners seeking tenants or buyers.
Building Managers
Representatives managing properties on behalf of owners.
