Choosing the right service
Marketing is the half that fills a vacant unit: you list it free, we publish it on the site, its zone page and to our verified agents, and viewing requests come back to your dashboard. Management is the half that runs a unit after it is let - tenants, lease contracts, rent collection, maintenance tickets, utility readings and furnishing inventory.
The agent network. Register, add the Agent role, and submit your ID with your agency or licence details. Once verified you get the vacant units cleared for agents, seeker enquiries in the zones you cover, and the CRM to work them.
Through maintenance services: add the Service Provider role, then your trades, the zones you cover and any certificates. After verification you see maintenance requests raised by owners and managers in those zones, with the fault, photos and access details. There is no listing fee.
